First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a personalized treatment for children under 5 with certain brain tumors. Doctors take a patient's own immune cells, train them to recognize unique markers from their tumor, and give them back to fight the cancer. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and feasible for young patients who have limited options.
