New drug combinations target Tough-to-Treat skin cancer
NCT ID NCT03521830
Summary
This study is testing whether immunotherapy drugs, given alone or in combination, can help control advanced basal cell carcinoma that has spread or cannot be surgically removed. It will enroll about 57 adults with this type of skin cancer and assign them to different treatment groups based on their prior treatment history. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink in response to these treatments.
