Summary
This study looked at whether giving a special nutritional drink (immunonutrition) to people with colorectal cancer before surgery could lower the chance of serious complications. The study planned to include 71 adults with colon or rectal cancer who were having minimally invasive surgery. The study was stopped early, so the results are limited.
