New hope for rare cartilage disease: immune drugs tested in pilot trial

Summary
This study tests five different immune-modulating medications to see which works best for people with relapsing polychondritis, a rare disease that causes painful inflammation of cartilage. About 20 adults will receive one of the standard treatments. The main goal is to see how many achieve remission (no active disease) after 26 weeks.
