This study tested whether a daily whey protein supplement called Immunocal could help with memory and attention problems after COVID-19. 120 adults with mild to moderate cognitive issues were split into three groups: Immunocal, cognitive rehab workshops, or no treatment. After 12 weeks, both the supplement and rehab groups showed significant improvements in attention and memory compared to the control group. The supplement also improved physical endurance.
