Summary
This study tested whether a special whey protein supplement (Immunocal) could improve thinking problems like memory and attention in people with long COVID. 120 adults with mild to moderate cognitive issues were split into three groups: supplement, brain training, or no treatment. After 12 weeks, both the supplement and brain training groups showed better memory and attention compared to the no-treatment group, with the supplement also improving physical endurance.
