Summary

This study tested a combination of drugs (avelumab, palbociclib, and hormone therapy) given before surgery to people with early-stage, hormone-sensitive breast cancer. The goal was to see if the treatment could shrink or eliminate tumors. 33 participants received the drugs for about 4 months, then had surgery. The study measured how many patients had a complete response on MRI and monitored side effects.
