First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at how the immune system changes in people with glioblastoma, a serious brain cancer, after they have surgery and chemoradiotherapy. Researchers will take blood samples over six months to measure immune cells and signals. The goal is to understand the body's immune response to standard treatment, which may help improve future therapies. About 17 adults with suspected glioblastoma will take part.
