NCT ID NCT06208826
First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether ongoing immune therapy can help prevent head and neck cancer from coming back in patients who already had a strong response to initial treatment. About 268 adults aged 18 to 80 with locally advanced head and neck cancer will receive immune maintenance therapy after surgery and chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach improves how long patients stay cancer-free and overall survival.
