First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study analyzed data from 631 cancer patients treated with immune-checkpoint inhibitors to see if the time until they needed a new treatment or died (TNT-D) could serve as a reliable substitute for overall survival in clinical trials. The research focused on previously untreated advanced melanoma patients. The goal was to determine if TNT-D could help speed up future trials by providing earlier results.
