Summary

This study tested whether a natural supplement called Immulina can help the body's immune system fight off upper respiratory viruses like the flu. Researchers gave the supplement or a placebo to 492 healthy adults aged 18-59 and 65+ for 20 weeks. They measured changes in natural killer cell activity and other immune markers to see if the supplement strengthens the body's defenses.
