Summary

This study is testing a new drug called IMGN151, both by itself and combined with other cancer treatments, for women with certain gynecologic cancers like ovarian cancer. The main goals are to find safe doses and see if the treatments help control the cancer. About 377 participants will receive the drug through an IV, and the study will last about 3 years.
