Summary

This study tests whether IMG-007 can safely reduce eczema symptoms like itching and redness in adults with moderate-to-severe disease who haven't responded well to topical treatments. About 405 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will measure skin improvement over 24 weeks. The goal is to find the best dose for controlling this chronic skin condition.
