Summary

This study tested a new radioactive tracer (68GaNOTA-Anti-MMR-VHH2) that aims to make tumors visible on PET scans by targeting immune cells called macrophages that are often found around cancers. The trial involved 13 adults with advanced solid tumors, breast cancer, or melanoma. The main goals were to check the tracer's safety and see how well it highlights tumors compared to standard tissue analysis.
