Can rewriting mental images ease psychosis distress?

Summary
This study is testing a therapy called imagery rescripting to see if it can help people with early psychosis. Eight participants will receive the therapy, which involves working with a practitioner to change distressing mental images. The main goal is to see if this improves their core beliefs, wellbeing, and self-esteem, and reduces related symptoms.
