Can rewriting mental images ease psychosis?

Summary
This small study is testing whether a therapy called imagery rescripting can help people with early psychosis. Eight participants will learn to rewrite distressing mental images during 4-6 therapy sessions. Researchers will measure if this reduces troubling thoughts and symptoms while improving self-esteem and wellbeing.
