Summary
This early-phase trial tests an experimental drug called IMA402 in about 145 adults with solid tumors that have returned or not responded to standard treatments. The drug is designed to help the immune system find and attack cancer cells that carry a protein called PRAME. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors.
