Summary

This study looks at whether an online learning module called iLookOut can improve how well childcare workers understand and report suspected child abuse. Over 35,000 paid or volunteer staff at childcare facilities in Pennsylvania will take the training and answer questions before and after. The goal is to see if the program increases knowledge, changes attitudes, and makes workers feel more prepared to protect children.
