Summary

This study is testing if two existing medications, duloxetine and amitriptyline, can reduce the frequency and severity of chronic cough in people with interstitial lung disease (ILD). It will involve about 25 participants who will try different doses of the medications or a placebo over several weeks. The main goal is to see if these drugs can help control this difficult symptom and improve quality of life.
