Summary
This phase 2 study tests whether a three-drug combination (ivosidenib, azacitidine, and venetoclax) followed by maintenance therapy with ivosidenib alone can prevent acute myeloid leukemia (AML) from coming back in patients with an IDH1 mutation. The trial enrolls 45 people aged 60 or older with newly diagnosed AML. Researchers will measure how long patients stay cancer-free and track side effects.
