First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a special group exercise program called the Ideomotor Program can help healthy older adults think better, move better, and feel better. About 158 people aged 50 and older who live independently will take part in 16 weeks of classes, twice a week. Researchers will compare them to a group doing standard cognitive training to see which works best.
