Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called IDE892, alone or with other treatments, in people with advanced solid tumors (like lung, stomach, bladder, or pancreatic cancer) that have a specific genetic change called MTAP deletion. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose. About 260 adults will take part. This is not a cure, but aims to control the disease.
