NCT ID NCT03947385

Summary

This study is testing a new drug called IDE196, both alone and combined with other drugs, for people with advanced cancers that have specific genetic changes (GNAQ/11 mutations or PRKC fusions). The main goals are to find safe doses and see if the treatments can shrink tumors. It is enrolling adults with certain types of metastatic cancer, including a rare eye cancer called uveal melanoma.
