Summary

This study aims to understand why patients die in a Colombian intensive care unit (ICU) and to test how well a common medical score predicts death risk. Researchers will look back at the records of 1,000 critically ill adults admitted to the hospital. The goal is to identify key factors linked to death and see if a standard prediction tool works accurately for this specific population.
