This study is testing whether a special chaplain-led support program can help family members who are making medical decisions for a critically ill loved one in the ICU. It aims to reduce their anxiety and improve their spiritual well-being during this stressful time. The program is being tested with 64 family members at two U.S. hospitals to see if it works and is practical before a larger study.
