First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding an inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) to standard COPD treatment for 4 weeks can improve how well the blood vessels in the lungs work. It involves 30 adults aged 40-80 with COPD who already use a LAMA/LABA inhaler. The main goal is to see if the ICS helps blood vessels relax better, which could mean better lung function.
