First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Aug 06, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study will test if an internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (iCBT) program can help reduce symptoms of mild-to-moderate anxiety and depression in adults in Singapore. About 390 participants will either receive the 8-week online program with counselor check-ins or continue with their usual care. Researchers will measure symptom changes and compare costs to see if iCBT is a practical and affordable option for mental health support.
