Summary

This study will test if an internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (iCBT) program can help reduce symptoms of mild-to-moderate anxiety and depression in 390 adults in Singapore. Participants will either receive guided iCBT for 8 weeks or continue with their usual care. Researchers will measure symptom changes, cost-effectiveness, and how acceptable the online program is to users.
