Summary

This study looks at how different amounts of indoor cycling training change gut bacteria and related health markers in healthy, active men aged 18 to 45. Participants will be placed into one of three groups: no structured training, moderate cycling, or high-intensity cycling. Researchers will collect blood, stool, and muscle samples to see how training load affects gut health, fitness, and signs of overtraining.
