First seen Mar 19, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at how different amounts of indoor cycling training change gut bacteria and related health markers in healthy men aged 18 to 45. Participants will be placed into one of three groups: no structured training, moderate cycling, or high cycling. Researchers will collect blood, stool, muscle, and other samples to see how training load affects gut health, fitness, and signs of overtraining.
