New study aims to ease the burden on heart failure caregivers

Summary

This study tests a 10-session program called ViCCY to help caregivers of heart failure patients who also have memory issues. About 256 caregivers and 60 patients will take part. The goal is to see if the program reduces stress and improves the caregiver's mental health and ability to cope.
