Summary

This program provides the experimental drug ibudilast to people with ALS who cannot join regular clinical trials. It aims to see if the drug can slow down ALS progression while studying blood markers of nerve damage. The program is open to adults diagnosed with ALS who meet specific eligibility requirements.
