This study aims to find a simple marker in stool or urine that can tell if people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) are sticking to their prescribed diet. Researchers will track what 94 participants eat and look for changes in certain carbohydrates. The goal is to create an objective way to measure diet compliance, which could help improve IBS treatment.
