Summary
This is a very early study to see if a new drug called IBI3033 is safe for people and how it moves through the body. It will involve 32 healthy adults who will receive either the drug or a placebo (a dummy treatment). The main goal is to check for any side effects and measure the drug's levels in the blood over time.
