Summary

This study will follow 4500 adults with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis to find biological clues that predict how the disease will progress or lead to complications. Researchers will analyze gut bacteria from stool and tissue samples. The goal is to better understand the disease and improve future treatment decisions.
