First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study aims to identify biological markers that may predict how well patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) respond to a class of drugs called TNF-alpha inhibitors. Researchers will analyze blood and tissue samples from 100 participants, including healthy controls and IBD patients who have or have not received the treatment. The goal is to improve personalized treatment decisions for conditions like Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
