Summary

This study aims to find new markers in the blood that can detect an imbalance of gut bacteria linked to inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Researchers will compare 60 people with IBD to 60 people without the condition, collecting stool, blood, and tissue samples. The goal is to develop a simple blood test to help understand and potentially diagnose IBD better.
