Tracking hidden cancer cells to predict recurrence

Summary
This study aims to collect information from people with inflammatory breast cancer who have had a specific blood test to look for tiny amounts of leftover cancer cells. Researchers want to see if finding these cells before surgery can help predict if the cancer might come back. The study will also track how patients feel about their cancer recurrence risk.
