Summary
This trial tests whether adding the experimental drug iadademstat to standard immunotherapy (atezolizumab or durvalumab) can help keep extensive-stage small cell lung cancer from growing. About 45 adults whose cancer responded to initial chemo-immunotherapy will receive the combination. The goal is to see if the combo is safe and extends the time before the cancer progresses.
