Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug called iadademstat combined with a standard chemotherapy (azacitidine) for people with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), a bone marrow disorder. The main goal is to find the safest dose of iadademstat for future studies. About 12 adults with intermediate- to high-risk MDS will take part.
