New stitch device aims to fix pelvic organ prolapse

Summary
This study tests a new tool called i-Stitch for repairing pelvic organ prolapse, a condition where pelvic organs drop from their normal position. About 100 women having surgery for this condition will receive the i-Stitch device to help secure the pelvic ligaments. The goal is to see if the device is safe and works well.
