First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a precise type of radiation therapy (I²-PORT) after lung cancer surgery can lower the chance of cancer coming back. It is for people with non-small cell lung cancer who still have cancer in their lymph nodes after chemotherapy or immunotherapy before surgery. About 164 participants will either get standard follow-up care or standard care plus the radiation treatment.
