Summary

This early-phase study is testing a new combination of five chemotherapy drugs for people with advanced cancers of the pancreas, stomach, bile ducts, or related areas. The approach uses a person's genetic makeup to adjust the dose of one drug, irinotecan, to try to make the treatment safer and more tolerable. The main goal is to find the highest dose that can be given without causing severe side effects.
