This study tests a new device called the i-ED COIL for treating chronic subdural hematoma, a blood clot on the brain. About 200 participants will undergo a minimally invasive procedure to place the coil, sometimes along with standard surgery to drain the clot. The goal is to see if the coil reduces the chance of the clot coming back within 180 days.
