This early-stage trial tests whether adding a single dose of the drug bevacizumab directly into the brain's lining artery can improve the standard minimally invasive procedure for chronic subdural hematoma — a slow brain bleed common in older adults. Up to 18 adults who are already scheduled for middle meningeal artery embolization will receive the drug during the same procedure.
