Sleep oxygen levels may predict heart risk in lung disease patients

Summary

This study follows 60 adults with pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) for 2 years. Researchers will measure oxygen dips during sleep and heart rate patterns to see if they relate to disease progression. The goal is to find better ways to predict and manage complications. Participants undergo sleep tests at the start, 12 months, and 24 months.
