Summary

This study tracks 225 adults with moderate-to-severe obstructive sleep apnea who receive a hypoglossal nerve stimulator implant (Inspire system) because standard CPAP therapy didn't work or wasn't tolerated. The registry will measure how much the implant reduces breathing pauses during sleep and how consistently patients use it. The goal is to see if this device effectively controls sleep apnea in routine care.
