Summary
This study tested a shorter course of radiation (hypofractionation) in 52 men with prostate cancer who had high-risk features after their prostate was removed. The goal was to see if giving higher daily doses over fewer days could better prevent the cancer from coming back. The approach aims to kill remaining tumor cells while possibly reducing side effects.
