Summary

This study tests whether hypnosis sessions given after ICU discharge can improve well-being and prevent post-intensive care syndrome. About 150 adults who were on a breathing machine for at least 2 days will receive standard care plus up to three hypnosis sessions. Researchers will measure well-being at day 28 using a symptom scale.
