Hypnosis tested as alternative to general anesthesia in breast cancer surgery

NCT ID NCT03012399

Summary

It compares using hypnosis with local numbing medicine against standard general anesthesia. The goal is to see if hypnosis can reduce anxiety, pain, and the need for strong anesthetic drugs, potentially leading to a smoother recovery.
