Hypnosis holds key to clearer heart scans?

NCT ID NCT05999578

Summary

This study is testing whether a brief hypnosis session can help anxious patients stay calmer and more still during a heart MRI scan. The goal is to see if reducing anxiety leads to clearer, more usable images, which could help doctors make faster diagnoses. Researchers will compare scan quality and patient experience between those who receive hypnosis and those who do not.
