First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study will compare hypnobreastfeeding—a method using relaxation, guided imagery, and affirmations—to standard prenatal breastfeeding education. Researchers will enroll 111 first-time mothers between 28 and 36 weeks of pregnancy to see if the hypnosis-based approach improves breastfeeding confidence, adaptation, and reduces worries about milk supply.
